connection to the past.
Brett pieced and designed the top and I hand quilted and finished this quilt. It is our first, but it is something we intent on continuing. There is a connection you feel to past generations while working on a quilt. We also enjoy taking the well worn craft of quilt making and updating to our sensibilities. Brett and I have different perspectives that draw us to quilts, but it is something we can both appreciate and collaborate on. Because everyone knows a quilt needs collaboration.
